Camps & Clinics

Through out the year, both during the season and during the off-season, Solar4America Ice and the Jr Sharks offer a variety of hockey camps and clinics for players. Please see below for a listing of our available camps and clinics. Underneath each listing is a flyer to download with details, schedule and more information specific to each program. Spring/Summer Programs

Sharks Summer Hockey School

Sharks Summer Hockey School is excited to welcome back our popular coaching lineup.  We are scheduled to feature the following coaches:

Roy Sommer - Current Head Coach of the San Jose Barracuda and winningest coach in AHL history.
Curtis Brown - Current Director of Jr Sharks, former San Jose Sharks player from 2003-2004 and 2006-2008, played 13 years in the NHL.

Castan Sommer - Current Assistant Coach with the Seattle Thunderbirds of the WHL. Former player with KRIF Hockey Club of the Hockeyettan League in Sweden, former collegiate player with Holy Cross from 2012-2016.
Don Pacific - Assistant Coach at Framingham State from 2006-2016 and Coach at Fay School Prep from 1991-2006.
Mike Traggio - Current Head Coach of The Hotchkiss School, Boys Varsity team and former collegiate player at Brown University.

Hockey Academy

April 8th-May 8th, Mondays & Wednesdays

'01 - '10 Birth Years

'07-'10 Birth Years - $285 if registered before March 25th. Price goes up to $320 if registered on or after March 25th
'01-'06 Birth Years - $305 if registered before March 25th. Price goes up to $340 if registered on or after March 25th

The Hockey Academy is a twice a week, five week long program in April and May that works on hands, feet and hockey awareness. This series is geared more towards House, B, A and AA skill level players. The Hockey Academy helps players prepare for their upcoming tryouts and seasons.

Girls Hockey Clinic Series

April 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
May 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
June 4th

'07 - '13 Birth Years Girls

$195 for all 10 sessions

The Girls Hockey Clinic Series will give girls the opportunity to learn fundamental skating and hockey skills. Participants will be put through a progression of drills that will help get them ready to be able to play in a league/team environment.
