Former Jr. Shark Cracks the NHL North American Central Scouting Rankings

Former Jr. Sharks defenseman, Philippe Blais-Savoie, is ranked No. 122 in the most recent Central Scouting North American rankings heading into the 2023 NHL Draft.

Blais-Savoie played his youth hockey career with the San Jose Jr. Sharks where he played through the 2021-2022 season. In his first season away from San Jose, Blais-Savoie recorded 2 goals and 8 assists in 59 games played with the Tri-City Storm in the USHL in 2022-2023.

While Blais-Savoie has committed to Colorado College, he will return to Tri-City for the 2023-2024 season.

Tri-City qualified for the 2023 playoffs with the No. 4 seed in the Western Conference. Tri-City will play their first playoff game on Monday, April 24th against Sioux City.

Jr Sharks 16A are CAHA State Champions!

No Goals Against In Round Robin Play

Congratulations to our Jr Sharks 16A team who are CAHA State champions! This past weekend they competed in the championship event at the Cube in Santa Clarita. The team went 3-0 in round robin play, not allowing a single goal against. In the championship match, the Jr Sharks battled to a 4-2 win against their Northern California rival, the San Francisco Sabercats. Congrats again to all the players and coaches on a job well done for both their CAHA and NORCAL championship titles!
