San Jose Jr Sharks

The Jr Sharks Midget 16A are Norcal Champions! They started off the Norcal Playoffs in Vacaville this past weekend with a 9-3 win over the hometown Vacaville Jets, followed by a 2-1 victory over the Roseville Thunder. They hit a slight snag in their third round robin game with a 4-3 loss to the Oakland Bears but were still able to earn a spot in the championship game, with a re-match against the Bears where they were able to finish strong with a final score of 8-5 for the trophy.

The Jr Sharks and Bears will both represent Norcal at the CAHA State Playoffs taking place March 27th-29th in Simi Valley, where the top two teams from the SCAHA Playoffs will round out the group of four.
