San Jose Jr Sharks

The Jr Sharks are pleased to announce that Zak Galambos ('97) has been invited to attend training camp for the Des Moines Buccaneers of the USHL with hopes of earning a spot on their 23-man roster.

Galambos spent last season on the Jr Sharks 18AAA team, leading the defensive core with 10 goals. He was also invited to attend the USA Hockey 16U National Development Camp.

During the past season, Galambos signed a tender with the Lone Star Brahmas of the NAHL.

"Zak is a very talented hockey player with a phenomenal shot. He has earned this opportunity in Des Moines through hard work and determination. The USHL is a fantastic league and we all wish Zak the best" said Mike Janda, Jr Sharks Player Advancement Coordinator.
