The San Jose Jr. Sharks are excited to announce that 18AAA Defensemen Kaigen Douglass has signed with the Connecticut Chiefs in the Eastern Hockey League!

Douglass, who has spent a majority of his career playing Jr. Sharks AAA (14AAA, 16AAA and 18AAA), is the 6th Jr. Sharks 18AAA player to advance to Junior Hockey this spring. He joins Matthew Valdez and Jake Maley to sign in the Eastern Hockey League.

"We are thankful for the development the Jr. Sharks have provided Kaigen and the rest of his peers," said Maiko Douglass, Kaigen's mother. "We are also thankful for all of Coach Guffey's work to promote Kaigen to the next level."

Congratulations and best of luck to Kaigen and the entire Douglass family on his next venture!
