As you start registering your team for tournaments for upcoming season, please follow procedures below:

1. Select the tournament and email with dates, location and registration fee.

2. Once Tyler approves your request you can pay the registration fee in one of two ways:

• Jr. Sharks can cut a check for you to mail (takes 2-3 weeks)
• You can use your credit card to pay and then fill out an expense report to get reimbursement.

3. Expense report form (attached) and supporting documentation must be submitted online to Scott Hannan and Kolton Aubol (please keep a hard copy for your records).

For coach expense reimbursement, please use expense report form and submit in together with supporting documentation via email to Scott Hannan shannan@sharksice.com and Kolton Aubol kaubol@sharksice.com
