In order to help keep ice hockey a safe place for all participants, the California Amateur Hockey Association has mandated Anti-Bullying & Inclusivity Training for all players, families and team staff like coaches and team managers.

The first step is for every family to have at least one adult take the training online. Once an adult completes it, only then can players take the training.

The instructions from the CAHA website are listed below for your convenience. They are also available on the PDF document below. The AB&I Training must be completed before a player is drafted onto a team. If the training is not completed by then, players will not be drafted onto a team.

If you are a Parent who is NOT a volunteer as a LRM, Manager or a Coach here are the steps:
Parent Training
1) Use the ADULT link
2) If you completed last season, you can use same log in info otherwise follow directions in 3,4,5
3) CLICK ON NEW USER
4) Create a UNIQUE username and & password
5) Create account by entering your name (not you players name), your DOB etc.
6) Select your role: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CLICK ONLY THE PARENT BOX. This will not require you to enter a USAH Registration number if it does you clicked the wrong box.
7) Take course (after chapter 5 you will take a quiz, FYI there is a chapter 6) then you will receive a certificate with a number

Player Training
1) The player will use the appropriate age level PLAYER Link
2) If you completed last season, you can use same log in info otherwise follow directions in 3,4,5
3) CLICK ON NEW USER
4) Create a UNIQUE username and & password per each child (email address can still be parent's email)
5) Create an account under your players name (not the parents name) enter DOB, etc. Please make sure the player clicks on the PLAYER BOX ONLY. This will require you to enter the PLAYERS 2025/2026 Season USAH registration number.
6) Enter the parents adult certificate number so player may access training.
7) Player will take course (after chapter 5 you will take quiz, FYI there is a chapter 6 then the player will receive certificate

If you are a Parent and a volunteer as a LRM, manager or a coach here are your steps:
1) Use the ADULT link
2) If you completed last season, you can use same log in info otherwise follow directions in 3,4,5
3) CLICK ON NEW USER
4) Create a UNIQUE username and & password
5) Create account by entering your name (not you players name), your DOB etc.
6) Select your role: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CLICK ONLY THE PARENT AND EITHER VOLUNTEER OR COACH BOX. This will Require you to enter a 2025/2026 USAH Registration number for yourself the parent volunteer and/or coach.
7) Take course (after chapter 5 you will take a quiz, FYI there is a chapter 6) then you will receive a certificate with a number

Player training after the parent volunteer and/or coach is the same as the above player training whose parents are not a volunteer and/or coach.
