Regular Season Schdule

The link to the regular season schedule and standings will be posted below once the player evaluations and team drafting process has been completed.

Sample Schedule

Unless specifically noted, all evaluations, practices and games are each one hour in length. Start times do vary week to week but each team will get the equal number of early/late slots within their respective age division over the course of the season.

Below you will find a sample practice and game start times by each division. Please note that the final schedules will depend on the number of enrollments per age division.

6U

  • Monday practices may start between 5:00pm - 7:00pm
  • Saturday games may start between 7:45am - 9:00am

8U

  • Friday practices may start between 5:00pm - 7:00pm
  • Saturday games may start between 9:00am - 11:30am

10U

  • Tuesday practices may start between 5:00pm - 7:00pm
    • Occasional Friday practice for overflow (if needed)
  • Saturday games may start between 10:00am - 2:00pm

12U

  • Thursday practices may start between 5:00pm - 7:00pm
    • Occasional Friday practice for overflow (if needed)
  • Saturday games may start between 12:00pm - 5:00pm

14U

  • Monday practices may start between 5:00pm - 7:00pm
  • Saturday games may start between 3:00pm - 6:30pm

Again, schedules may vary depending on number of enrollments. Also, there may be occasional Sunday ice slots as overflow.

Equipment

Ice hockey is a contact sport, thus requiring proper equipment to keep everyone safe. All players need to have the following HECC approved equipment before they take the ice.

  • Hockey helmet with full face cage/shield
  • Shoulder pads
  • Elbow pads
  • Ice hockey pants
  • Shin pads
  • Ice hockey skates
  • Hockey gloves
  • Hockey stick
  • Athletic supporter with cup for males and pelvic protector for females
  • Mouth guard (required for 12U/Pee Wee and 14U/Bantam)
  • Jersey and hockey socks
