5 Minute Warm Up; 3 15 minute periods with no ice cut.

Minor penalties at all levels will be 1:30. Major penalties at all levels will be 4:00.

Round Robins games may end in ties.

One timeout per game/per team will be permitted with a 30-second duration.

Semi-Final / Championship games tied after regulation will play a five (5) minute running clock, last minute (stop time) sudden victory overtime period with four skaters and one goalie. If still tied, teams will enter into a three player shootout. If still tied after three shooters, a sudden death shootout continues until there is a winner. Each shot must be taken by a different player and all eligible players must take a shot before any player can take a second shot.

One period of 28 minutes run clock 4-on-4.

No icing or offside should be called.

Penalties may be called and will result in the player sitting out for 30 seconds on the black pad near his team’s bench before rejoining the play. Even if the team scores while having the man advantage, the Page 3 of 3 player still will sit for 30 seconds. *Penalties should be scarce and only called if a player is on a complete breakaway or body checking occurs*.

Coaches are required to wear helmets while on the ice.
