IMPORTANT SOLAR4AMERICA ICE PROGRAM UPDATES

Statement from Solar4America Ice at San Jose updated November 30th, 2020:

As you may have seen, the county of Santa Clara recently released new mandatory directives for all residents and businesses within the county. In accordance with these new directives, Solar4America Ice at San Jose will close temporarily at the end of business this evening, November 29th with the hope that we’ll be able to resume programming after December 21st. We will continue to assess local, county and state guidelines as they evolve to determine when we are permitted to resume on-ice activities. We will be pausing all ongoing programming, with the intent to continue once permitted to reopen. In the meantime, we encourage you all to stay home and stay safe!

JSHL Winter Camp Information & Registration

Registration for the JSHL Winter Camp has been put on pause due to the temporary closure of Solar4America Ice at San Jose. Originally scheduled to start the week of November 30th, the Winter Camp will offer a total of ten practice sessions over eight weeks. There will be a two week break for the holidays starting December 21st, with the second half of the camp starting back on-ice the week of January 4th. The program fee is $395. For more information and details, please see the flyer link below.

For the Winter Camp we are again offering registrants the opportunity to request up to four friends, a max total of five players, to be placed in the same Winter Camp pod. In order for the request to be valid, each member of the group must submit a form entry and they all must request each other. All members of the request group must be in the same age division. Buddy requests with players from different age divisions will not be considered. Lastly, the option to request this many buddies to skate with is for Winter Camp only. Being placed in the same pod for Winter Camp does not mean players will be placed on the same team whenever we can hold a regular season.

The information on how to enter a buddy request submission is available upon completing registration. It is also included in the email confirmation you receive after signing up.

Registration for the Winter Camp has been temporarily put on pause due to the rink closure. Please check back at a later date. Thank you for your patience.

The Registration "Jr Sharks House League" is not currently available.

JSHL 2020-2021 Winter Season Delayed

Due to the travel hockey tryouts being postponed to the beginning of December, the start of the Jr Sharks House League 2020-2021 Winter Season will be delayed. House teams cannot be formed until club team tryouts have concluded.

We are currently coming up with hockey programming options for house and recreational skill level players. We are doing our best to make sure all skill levels of our youth hockey community have the opportunity to skate and develop their skills before the regular season begins.

Please stay posted to this page as more information about the regular season is made available in the coming months.

Jr Sharks House League fees are nonrefundable. There are no credits or refunds for missed practices and/or games. All decisions made by the Solar4America Ice Hockey Dept are final.
