18AAA and 16AAA Compete in State Championships

The Jr. Shark 18 and 16 AAA competed in the CAHA Tier 1 State Championship Weekend on February 10, 11 and 12 in Lakewood, California.
The 18 AAA team played for the state championship versus the Orange County Hockey Club. Falling in a 3-1 loss, the 18AAA finished in second place.
The 16 AAA team went 2-1 for the weekend, including a win over rivals, LA Selects. They lost 3-way tiebreaker for a berth in the finals. The 16 AAA had to either win the last game or lose by 6 goals.
Congratulations to both AAA teams for successful CAHA seasons.
