The 2011-12 North American Prospects Hockey League regular season came to a close this past weekend in Troy, Michigan.  This event marked the last one for the regular season before next month’s PHL Championship Tournament Series being held February 17-20 at the Troy Sports Center.

The San Jose Jr. Sharks 16AAA took home the regular season crown with an impressive 15-1-2 record and 32 points during the regular season, which included a 3-0-1 record in Michigan this past weekend.

The Prospects Hockey League is comprised of five regular-season events leading up to its Championship Tournament Series in which the top teams at each level compete for a league championship.

Congratulations to coaches Zasowski, Janda and the 16AAA team for a successful season on the ice.
