The 2010 Pacific District Championships The San Jose Jr. Sharks are pleased to host USA Hockey's 2010 Pacific District championships for Tier I Youth and selected Tier I and Tier II Girls' divisions.  Date:     March 18-21, 2010  Location:     Sharks Ice, San Jose, CA Sharks Ice at San Jose is the official practice facility of the NHL's San Jose Sharks. The complex, located at 1500 S. 10th Street in San Jose, is the largest hockey facility in the western United States, featuring 4 NHL-sized rinks with a restaurant/bar overlooking 3 of the rinks.  Teams:     Tier I Youth 12U, 14U, 16U, & 18U Tier I Girls' 14U, 16U, & 19U Tier II Girls' 12U & 19U  Tournament Schedule & Scores:     Unofficial Game Schedules Girls Tier I & II Game Schedules Youth Tier I Game Schedules Notes: 1) Youth schedule team names will be filled in on TTS (Time-to-Score) Scoring System later. 2) CAHA Host Tier I Pee Wee 12-U will be CAHA #2. (There is no Jr. Sharks Host Team at the PeeWee level) 3) CAHA Host Tier I - 14's, 16's & 18's are all Jr. Sharks AAA teams. (Note: links open in separate window. The Official Tournament Schedule, game results, semi-finals and final game schedule will be posted by the Tournament Director in the Foyer at the rink.  Online Registration & Roster Submission:     All qualifying teams must submit their entry forms and rosters electronically within 24 hours of qualifying. More details can be found there. The 2010 Pacific District Championship Tournament is quickly approaching. We need your help to defray the cost to the San Jose Jr Sharks Tier and Girls Clubs for the tournament program. It is important that all the local businesses are approached to sponsor or advertise. Theses businesses, especially restaurants, will benefit from the exposure to the thousands of participants and their families. Any paid advertisers may distribute flyers, maybe with coupons, at the visitor table in the lobby during the tournament. We have a deadline of March 1st. to complete all sales with checks in hand and digital files/camera ready artwork submitted. Pacific District Championship Team Managers: We are printing a full color program this year for the 2010 PDC. Many of you have team sponsors that you may want to acknowledge in the program. Hotel rooms must be booked through the San Jose Convention & Visitors Bureau (SJCVB). You can not book directly with the hotels.
