| For the seventh year, the San Jose Jr. Sharks Girls'/Women's Hockey Club hosted girls' and
women's teams from across the U.S. and Canada to join us for a fun-filled weekend of top-notch competition.

Sharks Ice at San Jose is the official practice facility of the NHL's San Jose Sharks. The complex, located at
1500 S. 10th Street in San Jose, is the largest hockey facility in the western United States, featuring 4 NHL-sized
rinks with a restaurant/bar overlooking 3 of the rinks.

Sharks Ice Liability Waiver for each player, coach and manager must be turned in prior to hitting the ice - no exceptions (see below for form). |
